Life feels lighter when you
don’t carry it alone.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Natalie –
welcome!
I believe everyone deserves a place where they can truly be heard. My role isn’t to give you all the answers, but to walk alongside you while you find your own. Clients often tell me they value my gentle, down-to-earth approach. I work at your pace, in a way that feels comfortable and respectful to you.

My Journey

My journey to becoming a counsellor grew from a deep curiosity about people and the challenges we all face. I’ve always felt that being listened to without judgment can make a huge difference, and I wanted to be able to offer that space to others.

Training as a counsellor gave me the skills and understanding to do that, and today I work with young people and adults to explore whatever’s on their mind — gently, at their own pace, and in a way that feels safe.

My Approach

I believe counselling works best when it feels like a collaboration. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, gain clarity, and discover new ways forward.

What brings you here?

People come to counselling for many reasons — sometimes there's a clear issue like anxiety, relationship stress, or a big life change. Other times, it’s a general feeling that something isn’t quite right. Whether you’re an adult struggling to cope, a young adult struggling with anxiety, or a parent worried about your child’s wellbeing, counselling can offer a safe, supportive space to talk and find a way forward.

“Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face
it alone. Counselling is a space to talk openly,
without judgment, and to take steps toward feeling more like yourself again.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Thinking about counselling can bring up lots of questions — and that’s okay. I’ve answered some of the most common ones below, but if yours isn’t here, I’d be happy to chat.

How can we work together?
Counselling is a partnership. You bring your experiences, thoughts, and feelings — and I bring a safe, supportive space, curiosity, and gentle guidance. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. Sometimes that means untangling difficult emotions, sometimes it’s finding clarity, and sometimes it’s simply having someone to listen. There’s no ‘one right way’ to do counselling — we’ll shape it around what you need.

Ready to take the next step?

If you’d like to find out how counselling could help you, the best place to start is with a first session. It’s a chance to meet, talk through what’s on your mind,
and see how it feels to work together.
